Winstanley Electrical offers a 24/7 - 365 Help Desk Service to sites that it provides M&E work to. Our purpose built, in-house Help Desk acts as a single point of contact for customers and is located in Winstanley Electrical’s head office.
Should a customer need to call the Help Desk for any reason the experienced team will deal with the enquiry, and if necessary escalate to management. There is also the option for existing customers to have a bespoke Help Desk email address which customers can use.
