Winstanley Electrical have been awarded recognition for 25 years membership of the NICEIC. Janet Melling, faithful member of the Winstanley Team commented:- “This is an amazing achievement and we will continue to strive to provide electrical services to the highest standards”.

Earlier this month we carried out the installation of non-corrosive IP65 Fluorescent Fittings to valeting bays at several car sales companies throughout the North West. IP65 Fluorescent Fittings are non corrosive, water proof and extremely durable, with multiple wiring options and a smooth and even light distribution they provide up to 50% energy saving compared to other fluorescents.

Winstanley Electrical has been reassessed and passed with flying colours the annual NICEIC assessment. This was one of Lee Haltons first official duties as qualifying supervisor. Our new qualifying supervisor accompanied the NICEIC inspector for the day visiting some of our on-going and completed projects. Lee found this extremely beneficial to his progress and strives to enhance the continued high standards of Winstanley Electrical.

We carried out the installation of new high bay fittings to a local engineering company. The fittings come with an impressive 5 year warranty. They also come with a wide range of reflectors, polycarbonate, narrow and wide beam for all applications.

Today Janet Melling is celebrating 35 years service at Winstanley Electrical. Janet is General Manager for the company and has a very diverse role which can vary from general accounting to customer relationships. Janet commented - “Winstanley Electrical was taken over by Oltec fm during 2016, its been a really interesting and educational process including the move into Oltec’s state of the art head office. I’m really looking forward to the future and all the new possibilities…. exciting times”.

Lee Halton - Electrical Engineer at Winstanley Electrical, with 4 years under his belt, has recently become a Qualifying Supervisor NICEIC. A Qualifying Supervisor is the electrically competent person with specific responsibility for the safety, technical standard and quality of electrical installation work completed under their supervision. We would all like to congratulate Lee for this great achievement.
